I finally  got tired of paying Bell for long distance charges on my cel phone so I decided to purchased  Pingo Phone Card.  The minimum purchase is $10.00 CND, and they have a 10% off coupon so it ’s really is only $9.00, but Great Canadian Rebates offers a $10.00 Cash Back Rebate, so the $10 Card ends up costs -$1.00.  No taxes are charged for this purchase, which makes it just a bit sweeter.
